Assistant/Deputy Manager

Role Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end management and execution of architectural finishing works at the project site, ensuring timely delivery with quality and safety as per L&W standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the execution of all architectural works including blockwork, plastering, flooring, false ceiling, painting, doors & windows, waterproofing, etc.
- Coordinate with consultants and client representatives for approvals and design-related clarifications.
- Review architectural drawings and ensure timely availability of GFCs.
- Plan and schedule activities in alignment with project milestones.
- Monitor quality and progress of subcontractors and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate with procurement for material planning and delivery.
- Liaise with MEP, civil, and ID teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Support project audits and documentation as per ISO/IMS/QMS standards.
Qualification & Experience:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- 15-20 years of relevant experience in high-rise buildings, commercial projects
