Role Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end management and execution of architectural finishing works at the project site, ensuring timely delivery with quality and safety as per L&W standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the execution of all architectural works including blockwork, plastering, flooring, false ceiling, painting, doors & windows, waterproofing, etc.
  • Coordinate with consultants and client representatives for approvals and design-related clarifications.
  • Review architectural drawings and ensure timely availability of GFCs.
  • Plan and schedule activities in alignment with project milestones.
  • Monitor quality and progress of subcontractors and provide technical guidance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality benchmarks.
  • Coordinate with procurement for material planning and delivery.
  • Liaise with MEP, civil, and ID teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Support project audits and documentation as per ISO/IMS/QMS standards.

Qualification & Experience:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • 15-20 years of relevant experience in high-rise buildings, commercial projects
