We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin / Counsellor / HR Executive to support our day-to-day operations and assist prospective candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

Administration:

  • Handle admissions, manage records, and coordinate certification processes.

HR Activities:

  • Maintain a database of CVs of trained candidates.
  • Coordinate with employers for job opportunities.
  • Support candidates in the recruitment process.

Counseling:

  • Explain course details to walk-in and online candidates.
  • Assist individuals in selecting the most suitable training programs.

Customer Service:

  • Respond to inquiries through calls, messages, emails, and in person.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Must be fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
  • 0–5 years of experience in admin, counseling, or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the role.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling.

Note: On-the-job training will be provided.

Salary Range:

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
