KPI Partners is seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad, specializing in recruiting talent for our operations in the USA. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various roles, particularly within the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.

- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.

- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications to match them with appropriate job openings.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.

- Knowledge of US labor laws and employment regulations is preferred.
