Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Management:

  • Manage all site services to meet established objectives and standards.

  • Conduct daily walk-arounds of the facility to assess operations and equipment.

  • Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Check and record parameters of all critical equipment.

  • Review daily reports and submit to the client and operations team.

  • Maintain and review all log registers and inspection reports.

  • Vendor Coordination:

  • Collaborate with AMC vendors to ensure 100% completion of preventive maintenance services.

  • Follow up on payments for vendors and clients.

  • Team Leadership:

  • Deploy team resources effectively and safely to achieve service levels and objectives.

  • Provide technical induction for new joiners as required.

  • Inspection and Compliance:

  • Conduct regular facility inspections and prepare reports as planned.

  • Ensure all records are maintained regularly and that inspection reports are closed promptly.

  • Issue Resolution:

  • Address and close all complaints and requests in a timely manner.

  • Discuss minor and major problems with the team and escalate as necessary to the client and Regional Office.

  • Emergency Response:

  • Participate actively in troubleshooting during breakdowns.

  • Issue work permits and ensure compliance with safety procedures for field technicians.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to your own vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in facility management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
