We are looking for a Social Media Manager (Freshers & Experienced) who is passionate about digital storytelling, brand building, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Create engaging content – posts, reels, stories, carousels, and captions aligned with University Insights' services.
  • Assist in running ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and learn to track performance metrics.
  • Engage with the online community – respond to queries, comments, and DMs to build trust.
  • Keep up with the latest trends, hashtags, and algorithm updates to increase reach.
  • Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Eligibility & SkillsFor Freshers:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Mass Media, or any related field.
  • Creative mindset with interest in social media & content creation.
  • Basic knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hinglish.
  • Willingness to learn paid advertising, analytics, and content strategy.

For Experienced Candidates (1–4 years):

  • Proven experience in handling social media accounts or digital campaigns.
  • Ability to design and execute content calendars, ad campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
  • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Google Ads, Hootsuite/Buffer.
  • Strong analytical skills to track KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions).
  • Prior experience in education, consultancy, or performance marketing is preferred.
