About the Role:

We are looking for an
experienced ASP.NET Core MVC Backend Developer (C#)
to join our product development team in Chennai. You will be part of an international and cross-functional team working on high-impact HR and Payroll software products used across Europe.

Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs that integrate with multiple third-party platforms and internal systems like document management and messaging services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and develop user stories into robust, maintainable backend solutions.
  • Design and implement scalable software modules and process logic using C# and .NET Core.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile/scrum environment.
  • Prioritize and coordinate development tasks based on stakeholder needs.
  • Ensure code quality through testing, peer reviews, and adherence to best practices.
  • Handle 3rd-level support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Take ownership from development to deployment and maintenance.
