About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Core Developer with 8–10 years of experience in backend/API development using .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C#, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of scalable backend architecture, API development, and cloud deployment within an Agile CI/CD environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable APIs using .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, and C#.
  • Implement backend services leveraging .NET Core 2.x/3.x/5.x, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server.
  • Write efficient, optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and database functions for high-volume data processing.
  • Ensure best coding practices, maintainability, and performance through asynchronous programming, LINQ, and OOP principles.
  • Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams on design, development, and deployment.
  • Utilize CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, or Bamboo for automated builds and deployments.
  • Contribute to containerization efforts using Docker and Kubernetes for scalable deployments.
  • Develop web solutions using ASP.NET MVC with foundational knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Manage and configure IIS for hosting, deployment, and performance optimization.
  • Participate in unit testing and continuous testing using tools like MSTest, NUnit, xUnit, and CodedUI.
  • Work with Azure SQL Database and Azure SQL Data Warehouse for cloud-based data solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–10 years of hands-on experience in .NET Core and ASP.NET Core application development.
  • Proficiency in C# 7.0, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, and API development.
  • Strong understanding of .NET Framework 4.x and advanced C# concepts (Generics, Delegates, Lambda, LINQ, Async programming).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Bamboo, or Git.
  • Exposure to containerization and cloud deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proven experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
  • Good working knowledge of IIS configuration, HTML, and CSS.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure SQL Database, SQL Data Warehouse, or cloud-based data integration.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
  • Microsoft certification in .NET Core or Azure Development is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600, ₹1,000,000.00 per month
