Hunarstreet Technologies, a leading company in the Staffing and Recruiting industry, is seeking a talented Backend Developer to join their team. As a Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining the backend infrastructure of the company's products. You will be responsible for developing server-side logic, defining and maintaining databases, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness from the server. If you have a strong background in Node.JS and MVC framework like Express.JS, along with knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.JS and core modules
  • Utilize MVC framework like Express.JS to build scalable and maintainable backend applications
  • Implement architectural patterns like MVC, HMVC, and Clean Architecture
  • Work with data storage technologies including relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software modules
  • Use GIT version control and repository clients like GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket for code management
  • Gain basic experience in AWS serverless development, ensuring efficient and cost-effective solutions
  • Preferred experience in Backend Technologies like Go and Python
  • Experience in GraphQL API Implementation is a plus
  • Familiarity with API documentation tools like Swagger and Postman is a plus
  • Knowledge of Promise-based ORM like Sequelize is a plus
  • Experience in Sail.JS is a plus

Candidate Qualifications:
  • Minimum of [X] years' experience as a Backend Developer or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent understanding of software development principles and practices
