Job Description:
  • Scholartude Web Education is seeking a passionate and skilled Mathematics Faculty to join our academic team.
  • You will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students across multiple academic levels — from foundational to advanced — including those preparing for board exams and national-level competitive exams like JEE, NDA, and Olympiads.
  • The role involves delivering engaging, application-based lessons and contributing to content development, online instruction, and student evaluation on our digital-first learning platform.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver concept-oriented, interactive Mathematics lessons for academic and competitive exam preparation.
  • Create comprehensive learning materials including lecture notes, quizzes, assignments, and mock tests.
  • Develop and record engaging digital content using virtual whiteboards, math software, and teaching tools.
  • Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions and revision classes to support student learning outcomes.
  • Analyze student performance data to provide targeted guidance and personalized support.
  • Collaborate with content developers, graphic designers, and academic leaders to enhance curriculum quality.
  • Stay updated with changes in curriculum frameworks, exam formats, and pedagogical strategies.
  • Participate in internal faculty meetings, student mentorship, and curriculum planning initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and competitive exam patterns.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Prior teaching experience in schools, coaching centers, or edtech platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital teaching tools (Zoom, OBS, Desmos, GeoGebra, Google Classroom, etc.).
  • Ability to explain complex mathematical concepts with clarity and logical flow.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Passion for teaching and adapting to innovative digital learning methods.
