Role Summary

We're seeking a creative, business-savvy, and detail-oriented AI Business Presentation Intern who can transform complex AI concepts and domain-specific use cases into visually compelling and strategically aligned business decks. You will work closely with the leadership and sales teams to create client-ready presentations, AI use-case visuals, and avatar/demo videos that articulate Galaxy's value across BFSI, Pharma & Healthcare, Marketing, Technology and E-commerce sectors. This role blends AI understanding, business nuance, and visual storytelling, enabling the company to communicate its AI vision with clarity, precision, and impact.

What You'll Work On

• Business Deck Development: Create visually impactful PowerPoint and Canva decks that communicate Galaxy's AI products, services, and differentiators across business verticals.

• Use-Case Visualization: Design AI use-case narratives across BFSI (acquisitions, fraud detection, underwriting, credit risk, etc.), Marketing (Spend and Journey Intervention Optimization, Multi-Touch Point Attribution, Multi-Channel Orchestration), Healthcare (claims automation, diagnostics, promotion optimization), E commerce (personalization, forecasting, content optimization), Technology (Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure) and so on.

• AI Avatar & Demo Creation: Use platforms such as Synthesia, HeyGen, D-ID, Runway, or Canva Magic Studio to produce short AI avatar videos and product explainers.

• AI-Assisted Storytelling: Leverage AI tools (e.g., Gamma, Tome, ChatGPT, Notion AI, DALL·E) to enhance storytelling, data visualization, and creative automation.

• Business Narrative Structuring: Work with leadership to translate complex AI and data workflows into clear, outcome-oriented business value propositions.

• Cross-Domain Research: Study how global enterprises apply AI and convert insights into domain-specific presentation frameworks aligned with Galaxy's offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Students in final or pre-final year of MBA / B.Tech / BBA / Design / Data Science / Economics or related fields.

• Previous internship or industry experience in AI, analytics, consulting, or product/business strategy (preferred).

• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and Google Slides.

• Deep understanding of business nuances — ability to interpret client challenges, connect technology to ROI, and structure strategic narratives.

• Understanding of AI and ML fundamentals, with the ability to link technical concepts to business impact.
• Excellent storytelling, writing, and visualization skills.

• Familiarity with AI creative tools (ChatGPT, DALL·E, Runway, Tome, Synthesia, Notion AI).

• Strong design sense — layout, typography, color balance, and presentation aesthetics.

Desirable Skills

• Prior experience developing consulting decks, product proposals, or pre-sales presentations.

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Prompt engineering proficiency for AI design and avatar tools.

• Interest in AI product storytelling, market trends, and business impact analysis.
