Relationship ManagerLocation: Kochi Job Summary

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, agents, and clients. This role involves coordinating with teams and agents, managing documentation and verification, overseeing data management activities, training agents, and providing backend call support to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agents to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
  • Oversee documentation processes, including document collection, verification, and compliance checks
  • Maintain accurate records and manage data effectively for reporting and analysis
  • Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to agents on products, processes, and compliance standards
  • Handle backend call support to address queries and issues raised by agents or customers
  • Monitor agent performance and provide feedback to improve service quality and operational efficiency
  • Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures to streamline operations
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to enhance satisfaction and retention

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11, ₹30,016.71 per month
