Position
We are seeking an experienced Information Security Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to regulatory, contractual, and internal security requirements. This role will focus on managing compliance obligations, responding to complex customer security questionnaires, and supporting audits and certifications.

What You Will Do

• Customer Assurance:
• Respond to detailed customer security questionnaires and inquiries regarding our security posture, compliance programs, and risk management practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather accurate information and provide timely, comprehensive responses.
• Compliance Management:
• Maintain and enforce compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR, and other relevant standards.
• Support internal and external audits, including evidence collection and remediation tracking.
• Policy & Documentation:
• Develop, review, and update security policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Risk & Vendor Management:
• Assist in third-party risk assessments and vendor security reviews.
• Monitor compliance risks and escalate issues as needed.

What Makes You An Ideal Candidate

• 3–5 years of experience in information security compliance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and security standards (ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR).
• Proven ability to manage and respond to complex customer security questionnaires and RFPs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with GRC tools and compliance automation platforms.
• Preferred Certifications
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent.
• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Customer Questionnaire Response Time: Average turnaround time for completing customer security questionnaires (e.g., within 5 business days).
• Audit Success Rate: Percentage of audits passed without major findings.
• Compliance Documentation Accuracy: Zero critical errors in compliance documentation during reviews.
• Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback score from internal teams and customers on clarity and timeliness of responses.
