Specialist - Information SecuritySummary of the Role

Join our Regional Information Security Office (RISO) team in Bangalore and contribute to global security initiatives. You'll support vulnerability governance, reporting, and security improvements while learning broader responsibilities across regions.

In This Role You'll

  • Consolidate vulnerability data and ensure migration of reporting to Sight (CISO Dashboard).

  • Collaborate with infrastructure and IT teams to track remediation and improve Network Access Control (NAC).

  • Contribute to defining and reporting security Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with audit requirements.

  • Support governance for non-corporate software and awareness programs.

  • Assist with incident response, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Good knowledge of IT security fundamentals and vulnerability lifecycle.

  • Ability to analyze data and create reports using tools like Excel or Power BI.

  • Familiarity with vulnerability scanners (e.g., Qualys, Crowdstrike) and IT environments (servers, endpoints, cloud).

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills in multicultural teams.

  • Motivated to learn and adapt in a dynamic, matrixed organization.

Additional Skills

  • Basic scripting (Python or PowerShell) and knowledge of SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk) are helpful but not required.

  • Understanding of security frameworks such as ISO 27001 is an advantage.

Working Conditions

  • Location: Bangalore (hybrid work model).

  • Reporting: Administrative under RISO APAC; functional under RISO WEMEA.

  • Scope: Corporate and regional security initiatives.

  • Start date: Flexible, based on mutual agreement.

  • Language: English proficiency required.
