Accounts cum Purchase Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts cum Purchase Executive to manage both accounting tasks and procurement activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling financial records and vendor coordination while ensuring compliance with internal controls and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day financial records and ledgers.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and bank statements.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
  • Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
  • Purchase & Procurement Responsibilities:
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
  • Create and process purchase orders.
  • Track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods.
  • Maintain and update vendor records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill material requirements.
  • Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Male Candidates Preferred
  • 2 years of experience in accounting and/or procurement roles.
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian tax regulations.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
