Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Centre Head. The Centre Head will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of our educational institution, ensuring smooth functioning across various administrative and educational processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Arihant Edge Application Management:

o Manage student lectures, exam attendance, assignment submissions, exam marks entry, and lecture schedules using the Arihant Edge application.

o Update the video library with relevant educational content.

o Maintain accurate information in the CRM system.

o Coordinate with supervisors and paper correctors for effective communication and seamless evaluation processes.

o Monitor student details, fees, and updates; manage inquiries from potential students.

o Track exam syllabus and allotted hours for chapter completion.

  1. Financial Management:

o Maintain and update petty cash records.

o Ensure proper clearance of suspense accounts.

o Handle cash and cheque deposits as necessary.

  1. Student Engagement and Administration:

o Provide information and counselling to prospective students.

o Oversee the admission process to ensure a smooth experience for students.

o Make necessary data calls to students.

o Manage instalment payment arrangements for students.

  1. Documentation and Records:

o Efficiently file and organize bills, slips, and essential documents.

o Coordinate the distribution of educational books.

o Maintain accurate records of the library's inventory and usage.

  1. Operational Efficiency:

o Create and manage requisitions for necessary supplies and resources to support operations.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).  Experience in educational administration (JEE & NEET)

 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
