Education: Any Graduate

Timings- 11.00AM to 7.30 PM

Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales, lead generation, marketing, or admission counselling (preschool experience preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for passionate individuals to join us as Asst.Centre Head. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Centre, ensuring efficiency and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Implement outdoor marketing campaigns in the designated territory.
  • Participate in lead generation activities such as events, roadshows, and in-centre activities.
  • Ensure staff retention and team motivation.
  • Execute assigned KRAs and implement new strategies.
  • Ensure smooth academic implementation.
  • Maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Daycare Management
