7th Street Boba – Lokhandwala, Mumbai is looking for a Café Manager to lead our energetic crew and ensure smooth daily operations at our popular dessert & boba café.
Store Hours:
Open daily from 11:00 AM to 12:30 AM
About Us:We serve a unique mix of refreshing boba teas, indulgent waffles, Korean-style bingsu, and delicious savoury bites. With a fun, fast-paced environment and a loyal customer base, 7th Street Boba is the perfect place to bring your leadership skills to life.
Role: Café Manager Location: Lokhandwala, Andheri West, Mumbai
Type: Full-time
Availability: Must be flexible to work shifts especially closing the store, weekends & holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily café operations efficiently across all shifts
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver great service
- Oversee quality control for food and beverages
- Handle inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Manage scheduling, staff performance, and floor supervision
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with FSSAI norms
- Deliver a great customer experience and handle feedback professionally
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in café/restaurant/hospitality management (2 years preferred)
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Knowledge of food & beverage service operations
- Hands-on, proactive attitude – you're not afraid to jump in
- Tech-savvy with basic POS and inventory software knowledge
- Passionate about customer service and team culture
