Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Campus Recruiter located in Bhubaneswar. The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for planning and executing recruitment strategies at various educational institutions. The role involves coordinating campus recruitment events, building relationships with university career services, assessing and interviewing candidates, and managing the hiring process. The Campus Recruiter will also work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop actionable plans to meet those requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in campus recruitment and building relationships with educational institutions
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to assess and interview candidates effectively
  • Proficient in planning and executing recruitment events
  • Knowledge of the electrical industry is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
