Client Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and project teams
Manage day-to-day client communication, updates, follow-ups and documentation
Coordinate internal meetings, track deliverables and ensure timely submission of project outputs
Prepare, maintain and circulate project presentations, schedules, MOMs, trackers and progress reports
Assist in proposals and pitch decks
Collaborate with design, content and technical teams to ensure clarity in client requirements
Maintain organised records of communication, files and project documentation
Handle basic admin tasks related to project execution (emails, calls, scheduling and coordination)
Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides, MS Word, Excel and basic documentation AI tools
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving approach
A positive, client-friendly attitude with the ability to maintain clarity under pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
