**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Communication & Support**:
✔Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and support requests.
✔Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
✔Communicate client requirements to internal teams and ensure timely follow-ups.
**2. Project Coordination & Management**:
✔Support the sales and production teams in tracking client orders and project timelines.
✔Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of private label and contract manufacturing projects.
✔Maintain records of client interactions, project updates, and feedback.
**3. Sales & Marketing Assistance**:
✔Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for client meetings.
✔Provide support in marketing initiatives such as trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
✔Gather market insights and competitor analysis to support business development efforts.
**4. Technical Knowledge & Learning**:
✔Learn about skincare, cosmetics, and oral care product formulations, packaging, and compliance requirements.
✔Understand the basics of B2B sales, private label branding, and contract manufacturing.
✔Work closely with R&D and production teams to understand product customization and client specifications.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
✔Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
✔Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior internship experience in client servicing or coordination is a plus.
✔Industry Knowledge: Interest in the skincare, cosmetics, and oral care industry.
✔Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi/Gujarati.
✔Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
✔Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
✔Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software is a plus.
✔Organizational Skills: Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and handle client requests efficiently.
