**Job Description: Client Coordinator**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects, including scheduling meetings, managing timelines, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.
- **Proposal Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of project proposals, including gathering necessary information, formatting documents, and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and other relevant information. Generate reports as needed to track project progress and client satisfaction.
- **Client Feedback**: Gather feedback from clients on completed projects, ensuring satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement. Relay feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support as needed, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings and events.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster trust, loyalty, and long-term partnerships. Anticipate client needs and proactively address concerns to enhance the overall client experience.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct quality checks on deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and adhere to company standards.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in client services, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in the marketing, advertising, or creative industries is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred but not required.
