Job Title: Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities:

●   Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to generate Real Estate leads through various digital channels.

●   Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and optimize marketing campaigns accordingly.

●   Manage and optimize website content, ensuring it is engaging, user-friendly, and optimized for search engine visibility.

●   Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead-nurturing campaigns and materials.

●   Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

●   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

●   Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the Real Estate industry.

●   Strong knowledge of online marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing.

●   Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.

●   Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
