Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-centric professional to lead our customer support and client coordination functions. The ideal candidate will manage a team, streamline client communication, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the customer support and client coordination team to ensure timely, high-quality service.
  • Act as the escalation point for key clients, ensuring swift issue resolution and proactive communication.
  • Develop and implement customer service standards, processes, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, operations, product, and finance) to align client needs with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Manage client onboarding, retention strategies, and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, team performance, and service outcomes for senior management.
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in customer support, client servicing, or account management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, ticketing tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
