Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead proposal development, concept notes, and fundraising strategies to secure and retain donor partnerships.
  • Manage a donor portfolio ensuring regular communication, relationship building, and donor satisfaction.
  • Drive corporate and PSU CSR fundraising, donor acquisition, and retention efforts in line with organizational goals.
  • Plan and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and donor engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment in proposal writing, compliance, and reporting.
  • Oversee budget utilization, maintain donor databases, and ensure adherence to legal and organizational standards.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 58 years of experience in fundraising, donor/client relationship management, or CSR partnerships.
  • Strong communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in donor acquisition and retention.
  • Experience in managing budgets and ensuring compliance.

Fundraising Focus: Corporate CSR, PSU CSR, and multilateral institutions.
