About the Role
You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager to research how different companies deliver customer service across industries. Your role will involve competitor analysis, mystery shopping, and preparing reports that give us valuable insights into customer experience trends.
This is a hands-on role where you'll evaluate both measurable data (like response times) and softer elements (like tone and friendliness). Your reports will directly support our marketing and sales teams in shaping strategy and improving client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mystery shopping to analyse customer service performance across industries.
- Prepare competitor and industry benchmark reports.
- Assess customer experiences — from speed and accuracy to friendliness and personalisation.
- Present findings clearly using data, visuals, and insights.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and strategy.
About You
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in marketing, research, or customer service.
- Degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Enjoys research, analysis, and online shopping.
- Comfortable turning data into clear, insightful reports.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and curious.
