Core Mission
Your primary goal is to provide essential, office-based support to the JCA leadership team to build a strong, professional, and trusted brand image among Corporations, Schools, and Academic Institutions in the education sector.
Role Summary
The Brand & Institutional Relations Coordinator is a critical support role responsible for ensuring all JCA communications, documentation, and digital assets directed at key institutional stakeholders are high-quality, professional, and consistent. This role manages the strategic execution of branding materials and professional communications.
Key Responsibilities
A. Brand Documentation & Professional Presentation Support
- Branding Consistency: Ensure all external documents (proposals, presentation decks, partnership emails, brochures) align strictly with JCA's brand guidelines, maintaining a highly professional image for corporate and academic audiences.
- Content Preparation: Prepare, format, and organize specialized presentation decks and white papers detailing the academic and cognitive benefits of cubing for school principals and research institutions.
- Proposal Design: Support the design and professional layout of sponsorship proposals, ensuring they meet the aesthetic and informational standards expected by corporate partners.
B. Institutional Relations & Logistics Support
- Communication Hub: Act as the central point of contact for all incoming inquiries from potential partners (schools, corporations, academics). Handle routine correspondence with the goal of establishing JCA's professional reputation from the first contact.
- Retail Business Support: Provide comprehensive, office-based administrative support for the current JCA Retail Business operations (managing inventory documentation, coordinating event materials for retail points/championships, and tracking related data).
- Logistics & Scheduling: Manage the calendar, schedule high-level appointments, and coordinate logistics for the Partnerships team's external meetings and field visits.
- Supply Management: Ensure all required marketing and presentation materials are ready and branded correctly for all external institutional visits.
C. Digital Professional Presence Management
- LinkedIn Management: Take ownership of JCA's professional presence on LinkedIn. Curate, schedule, and manage high-quality posts aimed at school leaders, HR/CSR departments, and academics to elevate JCA's strategic brand image.
- Email Marketing & CRM: Execute professional email marketing campaigns and manage the CRM system to ensure all communication history and brand touchpoints are meticulously recorded.
- Research & Positioning: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor branding, and academic endorsements to help leadership position JCA effectively in the mark. Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role with a focus on marketing, professional communications, or business relations.
- Sector Focus: Must have prior experience working in the Education, EdTech, or Non-Profit youth development sector.
- Professional Communication: Exceptional written communication skills, with a portfolio or examples of preparing professional business documents, proposals, or presentations.
- Digital Branding Skills: Proven ability to manage professional digital channels, including LinkedIn and professional email marketing tools, to build brand reputation.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Google Slides for design), and experience managing a CRM system.
- Work Style: Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective working independently from the office.
