Job Role
A Senior Digital Marketing Manager for Lead Generation is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies specifically aimed at generating qualified leads to support sales and business growth. This role involves managing campaigns across multiple digital channels, analysing performance data, optimising marketing funnels, and coordinating with sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation.
  • Manage and optimise campaigns across SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing to drive high-quality leads.
  • Analyse campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to enhance ROI.
  • Oversee the creation of lead-generating content, landing pages, and targeted advertising.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Mentor and lead a digital marketing team to execute campaigns efficiently.
  • Manage budget allocation for digital marketing to maximise lead generation within cost targets.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and technologies relevant to lead generation.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven expertise in lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and CRM software.
  • Excellent project management, data analysis, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
