Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Sales Excellence Intern
to support our Sales Operations team. This internship will offer hands-on experience in sales strategy, process optimization, analytics, CRM management, and cross-functional collaboration. It's an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the fintech and payments industry while developing analytical and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Excellence Intern, you will:

  1. Support Sales Strategy & Planning:

  2. Assist the sales team in planning activities and preparing reports.

  3. Help with basic forecasting and research tasks.

  4. Sales Process Support:

  5. Help document and maintain sales workflows and processes.

  6. Support the team in identifying improvement areas.

  7. Sales Analytics & Reporting:

  8. Assist in preparing performance reports and dashboards.

  9. Compile data for tracking KPIs and sales trends.

  10. CRM Support:

  11. Help maintain CRM data integrity.

  12. Support updates and basic configurations under supervision.

  13. Deal & Documentation Support:

  14. Assist in drafting basic deal-related documents.

  15. Help track contract progress and compliance checklists.

  16. Cross-Functional Coordination:

  17. Coordinate with teams like marketing and product for data collection.

  18. Support meetings and follow-up tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales operations, analytics, or fintech.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data handling.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic environment.

Duration:

3-6 months (can be extended based on performance and business need)
