ROLE SUMMERY:

The Sales Specialist will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue for our online tutoring platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to attract new

customers, retain existing ones, and promote our brand.

KRA: TASK / ACTIVITIES

 Generate new business leads and convert them into sales

 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business

 Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company

 Identify new sales opportunities and pursue them to close deals

 Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives

KPI: PERFORMANCE METRICS

 Sales Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

 Conversion Rate: Achieve a specified percentage of sales conversions from leads or prospects.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

 Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing,

Business, or related field.

 Experience: Proven sales and marketing

experience, preferably in education or tech.

 Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal,

and presentation skills, with proficiency in

Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

 Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce,

Odoo, HubSpot) and digital marketing tools

(e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook

Ads).

ATTITUDE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:

 Driven to meet and exceed sales targets with a strong focus on results.

 Adaptable & Innovative: Creative, flexible, and willing to try new approaches to achieve success.

Shift Timings

5:30pm to 9:30 pm –

4:30am to 8:30am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240, ₹300,000.00 per year
