In this role, you will be responsible for ticket sales, box office management, and ensuring a seamless ticketing experience for guests. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your expertise in ticket sales and event ticketing to drive revenue and maximize sales opportunities. - Manage ticket operations and box office effectively to ensure smooth transactions and guest satisfaction. - Work with multiple ticketing platforms and systems, overseeing their management and integration. - Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. - Demonstrate strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in all ticketing processes. - Thrive in high-pressure situations during high-volume events, maintaining efficiency and accuracy. - Previous experience in nightlife, live events, or the entertainment industry would be advantageous.
