OTM Technical Development Engineer

Job Summary
Seeking a Technical Development Engineer with expertise in OTM/TMS system integrations and POC development. Responsible for API/middleware design, integration solutions, and seamless data exchange between OTM/TMS and enterprise systems.
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations between OTM/TMS and ERP/WMS/3rd-party platforms.
- Lead POC initiatives for new integration tools/approaches.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop API interfaces, middleware solutions, and batch processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Document technical specifications and integration designs.
- Stay current with emerging integration technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of system integration & technical development (OTM/TMS).
- Strong skills in API development, middleware, data protocols (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON).
- Programming/scripting (Java, Python, or similar).
- Knowledge of logistics & transportation processes.
Nice to Have
- Cloud integration (Azure Logic Apps, AWS Lambda).
- Knowledge of message queues, event-driven architecture, microservices.
- Agile methodology experience.
- OTM/TMS certification/training.
