Description :

We are seeking a skilled OTM Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and be capable of handling end-to-end technical responsibilities, including customizations, integrations, and reporting. This role offers an opportunity to work on full-cycle implementations and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to optimize transportation processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement OTM screen customizations, manager layouts, VPD profiles, and workflows based on business requirements.

- Develop and maintain OTM documents and reports, including advanced reporting using OTM Stylesheets, XSL/XML, HTML, and JavaScript.

- Utilize Java/J2EE, PL/SQL, and OTM APIs for backend development, integration, and automation.

- Work on OTM integrations, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware platforms.

- Provide technical support for OTM configuration, setup, and architecture-related issues.

- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Participate in full-cycle OTM implementations, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize system performance, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience in OTM : Screen customizations, manager layouts, VPD profiles, and document/report generation.

- Strong expertise in OTM Stylesheets, XSL/XML, HTML, and JavaScript.

- Proficient in Java/J2EE, PL/SQL, OTM APIs, and OIC integration.

- Good understanding of OTM configuration, setup, and technical architecture.

- Experience with full-cycle OTM implementations is highly desirable.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in Oracle Transportation Management is a plus.

- Exposure to cloud-based integration platforms (OIC, SOA, etc.) is desirable.
