Sales And Marketing Intern

About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Growth Intern to fuel our top-of-funnel efforts. You'll research target accounts and contacts, collect and enrich data from LinkedIn, company websites, and Apollo, and keep our CRM and spreadsheets squeaky clean. If you love structured digging, tidy sheets, and clear insights, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)
- Prospect research:
Identify ICP-fit companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn (incl. Sales Navigator, if available).
2. Data collection & enrichment:
Pull accurate and contact data from company websites and Apollo; verify emails/phones and note sources.
3. List building:
Create and maintain segmented lead lists by market, industry, geo, and persona.
4. Notes & context:
Capture buying signals, tech stack mentions, recent news, and key quotes in a clear, standardized format.
5. Quality checks:
Run quick validations (e.g., bounce checks, role/title confirmation) before handing off.
6. Reporting:
Summarize daily output (new leads, enriched fields, completion rates, issues/blocks).
7. Experiment support:
Help A/B test target segments, message hypotheses, or list criteria and share learnings.
Tools You'll Use
LinkedIn, Apollo, Google Sheets, a CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), email verification, Notion/Docs for notes.
What You'll Learn
Defining and refining an ICP and target segments.
Building reliable go-to-market data pipelines.
Translating raw research into actionable outbound inputs.
Practical GTM metrics: match rates, bounces, coverage, and conversion drivers.
