Role Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who can drive our online presence.
Design effective campaigns, and engage audiences across multiple digital platforms. The
candidate will play a key role in brand building, lead generation, and community
engagement for our educational programmes, conferences, and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Manage and optimise SEO/SEM campaigns to drive organic and paid traffic.
- Plan, create, and monitor campaigns across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook).
- Oversee content marketing, including blogs, newsletters, and campaign copy.
- Execute and analyse email marketing campaigns for engagement and conversion.
- Track, measure, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate with designers, researchers, and programme teams to create impactful content.
- Support website management (WordPress or equivalent CMS) with updates and SEO optimisation.
- Identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities in the digital ecosystem.
- Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for maximum ROI.
- Experiment with new tools and technologies (AI in marketing, marketing automation, video reels, etc.).
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and Meta Insights.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Understanding of content marketing and ability to guide writers/designers.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Ability to analyse data and present insights in a clear, actionable way.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends, automation tools, and AI-driven strategies.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Prior experience in education, non-profit, ESG, or sustainability sectors is an advantage.
- Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
