Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-8 years of experience in managing the end-to-end financial operations across multiple companies or subsidiaries. This role demands a strong leader with a sharp financial acumen, the ability to integrate financial practices across entities, and ensure regulatory compliance at the group level. You will be responsible for the consolidated financial health, budgeting, strategic advisory, intercompany transactions, and financial governance of the group.

This is a leadership role requiring a high level of integrity, business foresight, and operational efficiency to drive financial discipline across entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Group Financial Management:

Oversee and consolidate the financial operations of multiple group entities across locations/sectors.

Establish and monitor internal financial controls across all companies.

Lead the preparation of group-level financial statements, reports, and board presentations.

  1. Consolidation & Reporting:

Prepare consolidated financials in compliance with Ind-AS and other statutory requirements.

Coordinate financial closings (monthly/quarterly/yearly) for all entities and ensure accuracy.

Create MIS reports, variance analysis, and executive dashboards for group management.

  1. Strategic Financial Planning:

Develop group-wide financial strategies, growth models, and long-term financial planning.

Evaluate and advise on new investments, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Work closely with business heads and stakeholders for cost control and business expansion decisions.

  1. Taxation & Regulatory Compliance:

Handle complex direct and indirect tax planning, including GST, Income Tax, and Transfer Pricing across multiple companies.

Ensure timely compliance with all regulatory requirements including ROC filings, audits, TDS, PF, ESIC, and FEMA if applicable.

Represent the group in tax assessments, scrutiny notices, and financial due diligence processes.

  1. Audit & Risk Management:

Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits across group companies.

Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure implementation of audit recommendations and risk control measures.
