About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Oracle PL/SQL Database Developer with extensive experience in database design, development, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PL/SQL programming and will play a key role in designing and maintaining robust database solutions to support business applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.

Optimize SQL queries and database performance to ensure efficient data processing.

Collaborate with application developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Ensure database security, integrity, and reliability.

Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support for existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7–10 years of professional experience as an Oracle PL/SQL Developer.

Strong expertise in Oracle database architecture, PL/SQL programming, and performance tuning.

Hands-on experience with stored procedures, functions, packages, views, indexes, and triggers.

Solid understanding of database optimization techniques and query performance tuning.

Experience in working with large datasets and enterprise-scale databases.

Good knowledge of database backup, recovery, and security concepts.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to data migration, ETL, or reporting tools.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud) is a plus.

Note: This is a contract role with flexible working options (Hybrid/Remote).

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹100, ₹130,000.00 per month
