Job Title: Executive/Senior Executive – Design
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Graphic Designer to join our Beauty Owned Brands creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing compelling and brand-aligned visual assets for top-performing beauty brands. This position demands a sharp eye for aesthetics, a strong understanding of beauty branding, and the ability to deliver high-quality design assets across digital touchpoints that help drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
Knowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements
● 1–4 years of experience with bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
● Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar tools for rapid asset development.
● Understanding of performance marketing formats, web banners, and email design best practices. ● Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design is preferred.
● Strong sense of design aesthetics, color theory, and typography.
● Ability to translate brand messaging into visually effective creatives.
● Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organization.
Role Description
Creative & Visual Design :
• Design all digital and static brand assets for all Owned Brands.
• Create visually engaging and conversion-oriented social media creatives across platforms.
• Develop marketing assets such as banners, emailers, and performance ads (Google, Meta).
• Design and execute website events (takeovers, sale banners, landing pages, festive campaigns) that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Campaign & Project Design:
• Handle end-to-end campaign creatives for all brands.
• Conceptualize and design mood boards that serve as visual direction for campaigns and new launches.
• Lead or support the revamp of brand catalogue pages and Amazon-style A+ content to elevate digital storefronts.
Collaboration & Execution:
• Ensure timely, high-quality, and error-free delivery of design assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand Marketing, Content, Product, Performance, and External Agencies.
• Coordinate effectively with internal and external teams to streamline design workflows and approvals.
Learning & Innovation:
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative formats in beauty, fashion, and digital commerce.
Apply evolving design techniques and experiment with new formats to keep the visual language fresh and innovative.
