Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Mohali, Punjab. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, preparing and presenting property listings, managing client relationships, and negotiating contracts.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Market Research and Analytical skills
  • Experience in Real Estate and Property Management
  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
