Job Overview

We are seeking an Executive-level Store Assistant for our location in Nelamangala. This is a full-time position where the individual will be responsible for managing the store's inventory and ensuring an efficient and organized store environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and have a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications and Skills

• Inventory Management (Mandatory skill): Capability to effectively manage and track store inventory, ensuring availability of essential products.
• Product Knowledge (Mandatory skill): In-depth understanding of the hydraulic products offered by the company to assist customers accurately.
• Attention to Detail (Mandatory skill): Strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate inventory records and detecting discrepancies.
• Customer Service: Ability to provide exceptional service and support to customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Cash Handling: Experience in managing cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Organization: Excellent organizational skills to maintain neat, orderly shelves and optimize store layouts.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and organize the store's inventory, ensuring that the stock levels are maintained and items are correctly tagged.

• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify, report, and resolve discrepancies in product stock levels.
