**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and maintain stock levels of raw materials (hops, malt, yeast, etc.) and packaging materials (bottles, cans, kegs).
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of inbound and outbound materials.
- **Material Handling & Storage**:

- Assist in receiving and inspecting raw materials and packaging supplies.
- Organize and store materials in designated warehouse areas.
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) practices for stock rotation.
- **Order Processing & Dispatch**:

- Assist in preparing orders for brewery production needs.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely dispatch of finished products.
- Ensure proper documentation of shipments and deliveries.
- **Transportation Coordination**:

- Work with logistics providers to arrange transportation of raw materials and finished goods.
- Track shipments and update relevant stakeholders.
- Resolve transportation delays or issues with suppliers and delivery teams.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure all logistics activities comply with brewery safety and hygiene standards.
- Follow proper handling and storage procedures for materials.
- Support environmental and sustainability initiatives related to logistics.
- **Communication & Reporting**:

- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams for logistics planning.
- Maintain records of deliveries, shipments, and inventory movements.
- Provide reports on stock levels, incoming shipments, and logistics performance.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain (preferably in a brewery or beverage industry).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Forklift operation certification (preferred but not required).

**Work Environment**
- Warehouse and brewery production environment.
- May require lifting, standing, and working in cold storage areas.
