Operations and quality
- Daily management: Manage all aspects of day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring high operational standards are met.
- Inventory and purchasing: Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and handle the purchasing of supplies.
- Product quality: Ensure the highest quality of products and that they are prepared according to Domino's specifications and guidelines.
- Cleanliness and maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including cleaning and maintaining equipment.
Staff and team leadership
- Recruitment and training: Hire, train, and schedule employees, and develop team capabilities.
- Performance management: Motivate, coach, and evaluate the performance of the staff to create a high-performing team.
- Scheduling: Create effective schedules to ensure the store is adequately staffed and runs smoothly, even during peak hours.
Financial and sales management
- Sales performance: Drive sales by meeting targets, implementing upselling tactics, and managing local store marketing efforts.
- Cost control: Manage finances, control the cost of sales, and conduct sales forecasting.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales trends, profits, and other financial data.
Customer service and compliance
- Customer satisfaction: Ensure excellent customer service, handle feedback, and resolve complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Safety and compliance: Ensure the store complies with all company policies, hygiene rules, and safety regulations.
- Crisis management: Handle unexpected issues like staff shortages or equipment problems.
