Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commi II at Radisson Blu Hotel, located in Coimbatore. The Commi II will assist in daily food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior chefs. Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen, ensuring meal quality and presentation align with the hotel's standards, and following all food safety and health regulations. The role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and teamwork to support the culinary team in delivering an exceptional dining experience for guests.
