Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Account Manager, located in Chennai. The Senior Account Manager will oversee client accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include managing account operations, coordinating with internal teams, providing strategic insights, and delivering exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, and customer service
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports
  • Understanding of market trends and industry standards
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in trade, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus
