Job Summary:

The Gym Sales Executive will be responsible for driving membership sales, promoting fitness programs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role focuses on achieving sales targets through lead generation, walk-in conversions, and relationship building with prospective and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new membership sales through walk-ins, inquiries, and referrals.

Conduct tours of the gym and explain membership packages, benefits, and promotions.

Follow up with potential customers via calls, messages, and emails.

Maintain and update the lead database (CRM).

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Build strong relationships with members to encourage renewals and referrals.

Participate in marketing activities, promotional events, and outreach programs.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve member queries.

Coordinate with the fitness team to create customized packages for clients.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.

Customer-oriented with a friendly and approachable personality.

Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.

Goal-driven and motivated to achieve targets.

Basic knowledge of fitness and wellness industry preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (added advantage).

Qualification & Experience: Graduate / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in fitness, hospitality, or retail). Freshers with excellent communication and passion for fitness may also apply.

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
