Job Description

We are conducting a Mega Walk-in Drive for candidates with experience in International BPO voice and blended processes.

Join our dynamic teams supporting clients across Healthcare, Motor Insurance, Logistics, Retail, and Telecom domains.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for international clients (UK/US).
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customer queries.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism, service quality, and adherence to process guidelines.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets related to call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams for issue resolution.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream).
  • Experience: 0 5 years (Only candidates with International BPO experience will be considered).
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
  • Location: Must be currently based in Pune.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary Range: 3 LPA 6.5 LPA (based on experience & performance).
  • Incentives: Performance-based.
