Lead Generation / Inside Sales Executive – Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and generate B2B sales leads to support Business Development.
  • Build and maintain a lead database from LinkedIn, Google, B2B websites, etc.
  • Reach decision-makers through calls, video meetings, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp (international & domestic).
  • Set appointments and coordinate meetings for Business Development Managers.
  • Nurture prospects with follow-ups and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Track and improve lead generation ROI, conversion, and success rates.
  • Develop and execute inbound demand generation strategies.
  • Maintain and manage client data (CRM & reporting).
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor research.
  • Prepare reports and present findings to clients.
  • Travel across India for client meetings and events.
  • Work towards meeting daily, weekly, and monthly lead targets.
  • Grow into a leadership role in the company.
