Job Description:
We at Envision Next are looking for a dedicated and organized TA – Onboarding Specialist to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires joining our organization. This role plays a vital part in creating a positive first impression by coordinating all aspects of the onboarding process, from pre-boarding activities to Day 1 reporting. The candidate will act as the key point of contact between hiring managers, recruiters, and new employees, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition into our company.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end onboarding process, including pre-boarding activities, document collection, background checks, and joining formalities.
· Coordinate orientation, induction programs, Day 1 logistics, and assign buddies to new hires.
· Maintain and update accurate onboarding records, checklists, and employee profiles.
· Communicate key onboarding instructions to new hires, hiring managers, and recruiters.
· Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and continuous process improvement.
Skills:
· Attention to detail and accuracy in managing employee records and onboarding documentation.
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data management and communication.
· Understanding of onboarding processes, employee lifecycle, and statutory compliance requirements.
· Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Preferred: Experience with HRMS tools for managing onboarding workflows and updating employee data.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Remuneration: Competitive and based on experience.
