Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Liaison Manager - Real Estate, located in Chennai. The Liaison Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with stakeholders, coordinating with government authorities, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Daily tasks include handling documentation, maintaining communication with various agencies, resolving issues related to permits and licenses, and facilitating smooth project execution while ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of real estate regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to manage relationships with government authorities and other stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management and coordination
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
