Store Executive
to keep our operations running smoothly.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Executive, located in Vadodara. The Store Executive will manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and ensuring smooth retail processes. Responsibilities include sales transactions, maintaining stock levels, overseeing merchandise displays, and communicating effectively with customers to meet their needs. The role requires maintaining accurate records and documentation, coordinating with the sales and service teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

What you'll do:

  • Manage inventory of motor components & raw materials
  • Maintain records of stock movement (inward/outward)
  • Coordinate with purchase, production & dispatch teams
  • Ensure timely availability of materials for seamless operations
  • Use MS Excel & ERP systems for daily store tasks

What we're looking for:

  • 1–3 years of relevant store management experience
  • Preferably from an
    engineering/manufacturing background
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & store software
  • Basic knowledge of electrical components is a plus
  • Strong communication & organisational skills

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Retail and Sales
  • Commerce-related knowledge and skills
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using retail management software and tools
