We have urgent requirement for RM Store - Executive

Company Name: Global Gourmet Pvt Ltd.

Designation : RM Store - Executive

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience – 1-3 Years (Preferred only Food Industry)

Location: Makarpura, Vadodara.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management

  • Receive raw materials from vendors and verify quality and quantity against purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate stock records (GRN, Bin Cards, ERP entries).
  • Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock reconciliation and report variances.

2. Storage & Handling

  • Ensure proper storage of raw materials under appropriate temperature and hygiene conditions.
  • Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) inventory practices.
  • Monitor and control stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.

3. Coordination

  • Coordinate with the purchase and production teams for timely availability of raw materials.
  • Liaise with the quality department for inspection and approval before material issuance.

4. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain documentation related to inward/outward material movement.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, FSSAI, and other food safety regulations.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required data and records.

5. Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and consumption reports.
  • Highlight any discrepancies, wastages, or near-expiry materials to management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of RM inventory management and store operations.
  • Familiarity with frozen food industry standards (FSSAI, HACCP, GMP).
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP
